From the Financial Officer

The average monthly amount budgeted for 2019 for Undesignated Donations (Anticipated Offerings) for Ministry Investment was $7,500. You donated $4,926 in July, $2,574 less than the monthly budget requirement. I had to transfer $1,445 from our savings account to meet payroll and mortgage payments. We now have no reserve dollars to meet expenses. It also appears that the Undesignated Donations (Anticipated) for August are going to be below needed monies to be able to pay expenses!

You donated $95.00 to mortgage reduction in July. Since inception, a total of $88,772 has been donated to the (Happy Hearts – Hopeful Future) debt reduction campaign.

The mortgage balance as of 07.31.2019 was $144,444.82.

Donna Plank

Donna is at the Kahl Home (Address: 6701 Jersey Ridge Rd, Davenport, IA 52807) recovering from hip surgery after a fall earlier this month. Visitors are welcome and appreciated, keep in mind lunch is at 12 pm and dinner is at 5 pm.
