The average monthly Anticipated Offerings budgeted for 2018 was $7,290. Average per month received for 10 months was $6,825.  The amount received in October was $6,522.

Happy Hearts has received $87,607 to date with $140 received in October. The 10.31.2018 mortgage balance was $151,890.
