Mike Welch Memorial Service – July 28^th

There will be a Memorial Service this Friday, July 28^th at 10:30 am for Mike Welch (charter member). A luncheon directly following the service will be held in the fellowship hall. Mike’s daughter, Jennifer, would like to plan for 125 people to be in attendance.

We are in need of more food donations and volunteers! Please see the clipboard in the gathering space on the kiosk to sign-up to help (set-up, assemble sandwiches, donate salads and/or desserts, help serve during the luncheon (arrive by 9:30 am), and clean-up) or call Anne Holtan.

Anne is planning on setting up the tables & chairs and assembling the sandwiches on Thursday, July 27^th beginning at 6:00 pm in the fellowship hall.

You may bring your salad and/or dessert donation(s) on Thursday, July 27^th between 6:00 and 8:00 pm or Friday, July 28^th between 8:30 and 9:30 am.

Pershing Johnson – July 29^th

Pershing Johnson’s family will hold their annual family reunion in the fellowship hall this Saturday, July 29^th from 12:00 – 4:00 pm. The family has invited the congregation to join them from 1:00 – 2:00 pm. At 1:00 pm there will be the presentation of the Quilt of Valor and Pershing’s 100^th birthday celebration following the presentation.

Pastor David Aanonson’s last Sunday as interim – July 30^th

This Sunday, July 30^th will be Pastor David Aanonson’s last worship with us as an interim pastor. Please plan on joining us for cake and coffee after worship to say thank you and farewell.
