Saturday and Sunday, July 11-12

You are invited to participate in All Saints’ Ministry Site Review, Saturday and Sunday, July 11-12. It will be similar to the review that took place here in October 2013.

Many people will be involved in the Ministry Site Review. The Synod Review Team will include Pastor Neil Harrison, Director of Renewing Congregations for the ELCA,  and Pastor Gloria Dovre, Director for Evangelical Mission.

All Saints’ Review Team will include Pastor Clark Olson-Smith and other key congregational leaders. They will meet with the Synod Review Team on Saturday from 8:30 am-12 noon and on Sunday from 8:30 -9:45 am.

In addition to worship itself, you will have two opportunities to participate:

1. All members and friends of All Saints are invited to a forum after worship on Sunday, July 12. Please plan to be in attendance.

2. On Saturday, the Synod Review Team will be available from 1:00-2:00 pm for one-on-one conversations with All Saints people. Please contact Julie Schoville at (five six three)-349-5055 to schedule your conversation.
