QC Studio Z

Bible Study
Bible study, led by Pastor Pokora, meets every Wednesday at 7:00 pm via the application Zoom.

Food Pantry and Clothing Closet
The food pantry continues to be one of the busiest food pantries in the Quad Cities!
The Food Pantry & Clothing Closet are open every Saturday from 11 am – 1 pm, even holiday weekends.
If you are available to help unload and stock shelves, we would greatly appreciate it this Friday, April 29th at 9:30 am to unload food from Riverbend Food Bank.
We also need help in hanging and sorting clothing items that have been donated!
Thank you for all the volunteers who work tirelessly each week.
Children’s Sunday School Class and Confirmation Class
Sunday school and Confirmation class meets every week at 9:00 am. Sunday school class meets in the nursery and confirmation class meets in the library.
Sunday Morning Worship
Please join us for worship at 10 am on Sunday, May 1st for the 3rd Sunday of Easter.
Some changes to note…for the season of Easter we will use Now the Feast and Celebration liturgy. For communion we will still offer individually wrapped communion elements on the credence table at the front of the sanctuary. While Lamb of God is sung,come forward to pick up your communion elements, pastor will bless you, then return to your seat. The eating of the bread and drinking of the juice will be done on your own in your pew during communion distribution led by Pastor.
All worship services are offered in-person at 10:00 am in the sanctuary or via Facebook Live and later uploaded to YouTube.
Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church Organization
Did you know there was still a group of women that get together as part of the Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church Organization? We are in Cluster 6 of the synod and the spring meeting will be Saturday, April 30th at 11:30 am at Pizza Ranch in Bettendorf. Lunch is to be purchased on your own. The program will be about charitable fundraising opportunities through Pizza Ranch. An in kind collection will be for Food Pantry – personal hygiene products.
There is a flyer hanging on the kiosk if you would like to learn more about this event. There is also a newsletter available to read, ask the Director of Communications to borrow the newsletter.
Keller Williams Realty Fundraiser
Can you help Keller Williams raise some dough? They are selling Krispy Kreme donuts by the dozen for their Red Day Event. The food pantry & clothing closet will once again benefit from their Red Day Event.

Keller Williams Realty also has a garage sale in their parking lot (3580 Utica Ridge Road, Bettendorf, IA 52722) on April 30th. Those proceeds also benefit the food pantry and clothing closet.
