Bible Study
Bible study, led by Pastor Pokora, meets every Wednesday at 7:00 pm via the application Zoom. This study resumes today after taking a break during the season of Lent. The meeting ID is: 751 4574 0561 and the password is: 1Xudy6 for you to join the Bible study.
Food Pantry and Clothing Closet
The food pantry continues to be one of the busiest food pantries in the Quad Cities!
The Food Pantry & Clothing Closet are open every Saturday from 11 am – 1 pm, even holiday weekends.
**If you are available to help unload and stock shelves, we would greatly appreciate it this Thursday, April 21st at 10:00 am to unload food that is delivered from Riverbend Food Bank.**
We also need help in hanging and sorting clothing items that have been donated!
Thank you for all the volunteers who work tirelessly each week.
Children’s Sunday School Class and Confirmation Class
Sunday school and Confirmation class meets every week at 9:00 am. Sunday school meets in the nursery and confirmation meets in the library.
Sunday Morning Worship
Please join us for worship at 10 am on Sunday, April 24th for the 2nd Sunday of Easter. Pastor Pokora will be gone, so Roger Oliver will fill in for him.
Some changes to note…for the season of Easter we will use Now the Feast and Celebration liturgy. For communion the individually wrapped communion elements are on the credence table at the front of the sanctuary. While Lamb of God is sung, please come forward to pick up your communion elements, pastor will bless you, then return to your seat. After the Lamb of God is finished we will eat and drink together.
All worship services are offered in-person at 10:00 am in the sanctuary or via Facebook Live and later uploaded to YouTube.
Kiosk
Check the kiosk for volunteer opportunities at church; also read about church and community happenings. Sign-up if you are called to help.
Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church Organization
Did you know there was still a group of women that get together as part of the Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church Organization? We are in Cluster 6 of the synod and the spring meeting will be Saturday, April 30th at 11:30 am at Pizza Ranch in Bettendorf. Lunch is to be purchased on your own. The program will be about charitable fundraising opportunities through Pizza Ranch. An in kind collection will be for Food Pantry – personal hygiene products.

KW RED Day Fundraiser
Can you help Keller Williams raise some dough? They are selling Krispy Kreme donuts by the dozen for their Red Day Event. The food pantry & clothing closet will once again benefit from their Red Day Event.
Keller Williams’ associates and partners will come together to package and distribute Hygiene Items and food to families on May 12th. They have partnered with All Saints Food Pantry in Davenport. Fifty percent of all sales will be donated to our effort. All orders can be picked up Saturday, April 30 between 8 am and 12 noon.

Keller Williams Realty also has a garage sale in their parking lot (3580 Utica Ridge Road, Bettendorf, IA 52722) on April 30th. Those proceeds also benefit the food pantry and clothing closet.
