Hy-Vee Bag Program
All Saints Lutheran Church Food and Clothing Closet has been selected by local Hy-Vee store leadership as the benefiting non-profit in the Reusable Bag Program!
For the month of December 2021, All Saints Lutheran Church Food Pantry and Clothing Closet will receive a $1 donation from each purchase of the $2.50 reusable red “My Heart” Bag at the Hy-Vee store located at Hy-Vee 4064 East 53rd Street, Davenport IA.
Many of us use reusable bags when shopping, but have you thought about using these bags as a gift bag instead? Instead of purchasing wrapping paper or gift bags why not purchase a HYVEE “MY HEART” reusable bag and use that to “wrap” presents for Christmas or any other time throughout the year! Purchasing a MY HEART bag will benefit our own food pantry and clothing closet during the month of December!
Bible Study
Bible Study led by Pastor Pokora will take place on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm via the app Zoom.

Worship
Sunday worship at All Saints Lutheran Church is offered in-person at 10:00 am in the sanctuary. The worship service will continue to be live streamed on Facebook Live and later uploaded to YouTube if you prefer to worship in your home. Masks are recommended inside the building regardless of COVID vaccination status.
The Sunday school children will present a Christmas Pageant titled “Sing a Song of Christmas” during worship on Sunday, December 19.
The children will have an additional pageant practice on Saturday, December 18 at 2:00 pm.
Sunday School and Confirmation Class
Classes meet at 9 am on Sunday mornings.
Confirmation class will take a break until Sunday, January 9.

Christmas Eve Worship
There will be worship on Friday, December 24 at 7:00 pm for Christmas Eve. This service will include holy communion and lighting of candles.
Food Pantry and Clothing Closet
The food pantry continues to be one of the busiest food pantries in the Quad Cities! Thank you for all the volunteers who work tirelessly each week.
The Food Pantry & Clothing Closet are open every Saturday from 11 am – 1 pm. Please sign up on the clipboard located on the kiosk in the gathering space for the day(s) you are helping.
If you are not able to help on Fridays or Saturdays but would like to volunteer other times during the week, please contact Anne or Bonnie to coordinate.
