presence at regular monthly and special council and ministry team meetings, keeping minutes and writing summaries for publication
Worship Ministry Team
Altar Care
setting up before and cleaning up after worship, baking communion bread, and hanging banners
Building Care
everything from shoveling and lawn-mowing to indoor maintenance and occasional clean-up days to communicating with and opening the building for service providers
Music
singing or playing an instrument in worship (talk to Director of Music, Matt Reece)
*Stewardship Educators
providing in any number of ways for year-round education about and invitation to generosity in serving and financial giving
Worship leaders and hospitality
reading scripture, offering prayers, assisting during communion, ushering, greeting (see sign-up sheet in gathering space)
Proclamation Ministry Team
*Communication Team
planning, designing, maintaining, and/or writing for All Saint’s print and web communications; working closely with secretary, Betty Gusta
*Confirmation mentors
presence in class (Sunday 9-9:45am) and at other events with All Saints’ 10 to 15 year olds
Sunday school teachers and helper
presence in class (Sunday 9-9:45am) and at other events with All Saints’ under-10 crowd
Vacation Bible School
providing in any number of ways for a summer week of Bible learning and fun for kids from All Saints and all over the Quad Cities
Service Ministry Team
Food Pantry Team
staffing pantry when open (Saturday’s 1-3pm), picking up and dropping off donations, being an ambassador for the pantry in the community
Hospitality Team
providing for coffee hour and other events
