Pastor Amy’s Office Hours

+ Pastor Amy will not be in the office(s) on Mondays, but please don’t hesitate to contact her via phone (662.292-6185) in case of emergencies.

+ Tuesday 1:00 – 5:00 pm and Thursday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm at All Saints

+ Wednesday and Friday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm at St. James

+ Tuesday mornings (9:00 am – 1:00 pm) and Wednesday – Friday afternoons (from 1:00 – 5:00 pm) are times Pastor Amy will have appointments, visit shut-ins, do hospital visits, meetings, etc. and flexible as to which church she will be in.

+ Saturdays will be reserved for special projects and Pastor Amy will be available by appointment.

“The Shack” book study

In May, we will be starting another combined Parish book study. We will be reading and talking through the novel “The Shack” by Wm. Paul Young. It is readily available at Scott county libraries and major booksellers. This is a great book about how God is present with us in the midst of tragedy, however, it does contain some very tragic scenarios, just be aware. The dates for the Shack Study are Thursday May 10^th, 17^th, 24^th, and 31^st. Starting at 5:45 pm. We will discuss chapters 1-4 on the 10^th. Come if you are already familiar with those chapters, or if you are working on getting through them.

Faith and Fellowship Night at The Ball Park

The Together in Christ Parish would like to reserve a group of tickets to attend the event on Sunday, June 24^th at Modern Woodman Park. The tickets cost $7.00 each (upper box seat) + meal voucher (optional) see below. The schedule for the afternoon/evening is as follows: Gates open at 3:30 pm, Devotion at 3:45 pm, Concert at 4:15 pm, and the Game at 5:15 pm vs Beloit.

You may choose to purchase a food voucher for each member of your family – Kids food voucher is $5.50 (child hot dog, chips, and soda) and Adult food voucher $6.50 (Adult hot dog, chips, and soda).

Please sign up on the clip board located on the kiosk in the gathering space no later than June 10^th.

Community Social Ministry Outreach Project

The Together In Christ Parish board met on Monday May 6, 2018 at St. James Church.
The board discussed and identified the need to establish a community social ministry outreach project.
We need your expertise and attendance at the initial planning meeting on Wednesday May 23, at 6:30 pm @ St. James.
If you feel there are individuals who should or would be interested in being involved, please invite them to attend!
Plan ideas include showing a movie, children’s games, food and a bouncy house.
