The annual Quad Cities CROP Hunger Walk is this Sunday, October 1st at Modern Woodman park beginning at 2:00 pm. Did you know that the Quad Cities CROP Hunger Walk is the second largest in the country west of the Mississippi? Only Kansas City beats us. And yes, I realize that Illinois is technically east of the river, but we are the only bi-state walk in the USA.
